2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). 99pow is required to verify the identity of all players in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification and any other documentation requested by 99pow as part of the KYC process. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
Important: Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification is a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law. 99pow will report suspected fraud to the appropriate authorities.
3.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 99pow account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 99pow will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or social media.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify 99pow immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 99pow will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you. 99pow reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that shows signs of unauthorized access, suspicious activity, or security compromise.
3.4 Two-Factor Authentication. 99pow strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. While 2FA is optional, it significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access. 99pow shall not be held liable for account compromises where 2FA was available but not enabled by the player.
4.1 Approved Payment Methods. 99pow accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Philippine payment channels. Accepted methods include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards are also accepted. Cryptocurrency deposits and credit card gambling deposits are not accepted in compliance with Philippine regulations.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on 99pow is Philippine Peso fifty (₱50). Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your account.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with 99pow's standard processing schedule. GCash withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within sixty (60) seconds. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. 99pow reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 99pow may require you to complete KYC verification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a specified threshold.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on the 99pow platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 99pow is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. 5.4 Promotional Changes. 99pow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic, age, or account-status restrictions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99pow platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

10.3 Gaming Losses. 99pow is not liable for any gaming losses incurred by players. All gaming activity on the platform involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds deposited into your 99pow account and that 99pow bears no responsibility for such losses.
10.4 Third-Party Services. 99pow is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of any third-party services, payment providers, or game suppliers integrated into the platform. Any disputes with third-party providers must be resolved directly with those providers.

13.3 Dispute Resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
13.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
